A Medina is Born

Here we are at about 7 in the morning getting ready for the big event. Going to the hostpital that morning was one of the strangest events in my life.

Mike seems in good spirits. All the poking and family history questions haven't phased him at all. And check out the new paper made 'fit!

First moments of life. Ofelia ended up needing about 8 hours of oxygen. It was a little scary, but we were assured that it was normal for c-section babies. The down side was that we didn't get to hold her until that evening.
