Albequerque

A few weeks ago we went to Ablequerque to visit some friends we've known since college. Rob and Jo have 2 boys who are 3 (Angel)and 1 1/2 (Marco). The kids got along great! It was a lot of fun catching up and letting the kids run around. Sofi still talks about " those boys". She even tried to teach Ofelia how to say "Albequerque".

The first night we were there we had an early Christmas for the kiddos. What better way to bond than ripping open presents? Sofi is unsure about this kiss from Angel, but allows it. After all, he did just give her a new dolly.

This is just after the kiss. Mike is politely telling Angel that he better never lay a hand on either of his daughters again.

Three of the four playing with legos and cars.

Awww.

Awww?

Sofi was way to preoccupied with her new doll to play with cars.

At first I thought this was a picture of the kids playing. Then I saw the look on Ofelia's face. And then Marco's. My little bully at work again.

My little bully also pulled Marco of the little zebra bouncy thing. This was her favorite place to be while we were in New Mexico. Sorry Marco.

Sofi changing her baby's butt.

We also made it out to the zoo. They had this giant play area for the kids. The zoo was empty that day, so the kids pretty much had it to themselves. Angel was by far the best climber and the fastest runner, which is why he's not in any of these shots.

Awww.

3/4's of the kids.

Thanks for hosting us Rob and Jo! We had a great time! Hope you can make it to Denver soon.
